Town Center Interior Design FeesWe're in a place in time regarding the purchasing of Furnishings for your home or office that can be done mostly on line. Our firm has "Trade" accounts with most suppliers. Our Design fees are figured at $75.00 per hour. We require a four hour minimum retainer upon hiring, which is credited toward your Design hours with our firm. We also pass our savings to you through our suppliers and add 10% for your purchases. The Design fee will still apply at $75.00 per hour along with 10% added for our assistance with your purchases.
